Oven-Roasted Assparagus
I've done a lot with asparagus, but if you aren't going to grill it, roast it!
Woody stems removed, some good olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. 450 degrees for 15 minutes, turn with tongs half way. Squeeze of Meyer Lemon and you have yourself one heck of a finger food! Ever seen the movie "Zazie dans le Metro"? Big asparagus scene!

This is just the best way to cook it! I actually crank mine up to 500 degrees! Roasting veggies is sooooo yummy! I always make extra to top my salads and sammies for the next few days. . .
I was just thinking about how this practically the only way I ever cook asparagus anymore.

Yum. I also love to roast asparagus that's been drizzled with sesame oil and tamari, and topped with sesame seeds.
